Damaged packaging, missing items, over shipment, or incorrect items shall be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Defective product caused by manufacturing shall be reported within 30 days of end-user purchase with receipt, for a replacement or credit. Triple C does not cover damages caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, mishandling or any other conditions beyond manufacturing control.
Triple C does not sell on consignment or guaranteed sale basis, however for courtesy; we may accept returns for credit or replacement of undamaged products within 7 days after delivery with a restocking fee.
Returns are acceptable only with a RA#, upon Triple C's confirmation of Return Authorization Form and Triple C approval of returned merchandise according to our guidelines.
Triple C retains the right to decide the extent of product damage.
